Background
Standard Terms of Sales
General Information:
· All custom built systems, individual components and software must be paid for in FULL at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon by Megahurtz, LLC.  If paying by check, components will not be ordered until the check clears the bank.
· Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only complete computer systems and individual computer components INSTALLED by Megahurtz, LLC are covered by a one-year labor warranty.
· Manufacturer’s direct warranty, whenever applicable, applies to any components INSTALLED by Megahurtz, LLC.  The customer is responsible for all warranty issues offered by the manufacturer for components purchased from but not installed by Megahurtz, LLC.
· Warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
· We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors.
Return Policy:
· Software packages and licenses are not returnable.
· All components are special ordered and are not returnable unless defective from the manufacturer.
Warranty Service:
· A great majority of hardware/software problems can be quickly resolved by contacting us.
· Replacing, removing or tampering with system components without prior authorization may result in forfeiture of warranty rights.
· Defective components/systems will be exchanged with equivalent or better components/systems and will not necessarily be in new condition.
· All component software, owner manuals, warranty information and original boxes must be retained by the customer.
· This warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage or mishandling of equipment and failure due to viruses, spyware, malware, user-installed software and hardware components (including operating system and memory), power surges/outages, excessive abuse and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flooding, acts of war or terrorism.
Software Support:
· We do not provide technical support for software packages that were not fully installed by us.  Otherwise, fee based support is available by phone.  We only support Windows based operating systems.
· Customers are responsible for full adherence to all software licensing laws.  We will not be responsible for any misuse or violations of these rules by our customers.
